Public Comment Notice – Grant Application to Assist Wooster Pike Restaurants Increase Dining Capacity

Columbia Township is providing a five-day Public Comment Period on a proposed project to be submitted for funding through the Hamilton County Community Development Block Grant COVID-19 (CDBG-CV) Program. Eligible CDBG-CV projects are for economic development, public facilities, or public infrastructure projects. Columbia Township plans to apply for $50,000 to help retain three adjacent Wooster Pike restaurants during the prolonged COVID pandemic.  The proposed project will create outdoor dining space to expand seating capacity in front of 7219, 7227 and 7229 Wooster Pike for Magic Wok, Patron Mexican Grill and Mango Tree. The 5-Day Comment Period will begin August 24th and end August 29th. By August 29th at 5:00 pm,  please  email GrowingTogether@Columbiatwp.org or call (513) 561-6046  with your comments and suggestions.
