Resolutions
- A Resolution Declaring Improvements to Certain Parcels of Real Property in Columbia Township to Be a Public Purpose Under Section 5709.73(B) of the Ohio Revised Code, Exempting Such Improvements from Real Property Taxation, Declaring Certain Public Improvements to Be Necessary for the Further Development of Those Parcels and Establishing a Tax Increment Equivalent Fund. (2nd Reading and Vote)
- Designating PNC Bank, National Association, As Depository of Active, Interim and Inactive Deposits of Columbia Township Beginning November 1, 2009 and Ending October 31, 2014 (One Reading and Vote)
- Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission & Authorizing the Necessary Tax Levies and Certifying Them to the County Auditor (One Reading and Vote)
